Jira Service Management now has all the capabilities IT Ops needs to detect, respond to, and resolve incidents faster. Atlassian have folded in the capabilities that were in Opsgenie (e.g., alerting, on-call schedules, integrations) to fast-track incident resolution. No more swivel-chairing between tools when every second counts.

Alert and on-call features are now available in the Jira cloud app. Coupled with the other amazing Jira Service Management and Jira features, all in one app. A Jira mobile user can be at ease even when they are away from their computer, knowing that they will be notified and can action tickets, alerts & incidents even on the go.
